PRICING

 

  • Bridal Showers, Celebrations of life, Birthday Parties, Company Dinners, Quinceneras, Graduation parties-

$100 non-refundable deposit fee is required to reserve a date

Four Hour Event- $600

Additional hours-$150

  • ​Wedding Availability 2-10pm-$3000

Day before access 12-5pm

Includes all amenities above as well as greenhouse ceremony area, upstairs groom area, and bridal barn.

Additional hours-$150 per hour

Plant selection from nursery included

  • Rental period must include setup and take down time of decorations and personal items such as outside deliveries.

PACKAGES

Lavender Lane Event Center offers weekend wedding rentals from 2-10pm.  This includes:

  • greenhouse ceremony area with benches and a wedding arch

  • bridal changing barn and groom changing area

We also offer 4 hour rentals with additional hours available.

EVENT HOSTING

Rental includes: 

  • serving kitchen with two refrigerators/freezers, microwave, and sink area. No oven or cooking.

  • wooden tables, chairs and benches, 3 bar height wooden tables, 8 wine barrels, 2 wooden serving tables and one small wooden square table, two 5 gallon beverage containers,

  • vases, wood rounds, runners, and lanterns are also available for use.  

  • host/hostess on site to help with venue related questions and parking

  • one hour pre-event consultation included.
